2.All prices are in,Indian Rupees and you can change the amount in your currency for payment
3.We supply within Kolkata and Surroundings. We also supply in suburban up to 50 KM except any occasion day. No extra charge wlil be applied.
4.Minimum order value Rs.500.00 within Proper Kolkata City , Rs.1000.00 for Surroundings of Kolkata & Rs.1500.00 for Suburban station up to 30KM & Rs.2500.00 after 30KM to 50KM Maximum.

6.No Supply wlil be done to Any suburban station on any Occasion Day.(Like Mother'day, Father's Day. Polia Baishak , Puja etc) Supply wlil be done day before Occasion or day after occasion.
7.Generally Foodyourdoorstep/E-SOL wlil dispatch gift items within 24 to 48 working hours of receiving the order from the credit card company. If sender specifies a particular supply date, Foodyourdoorstep wlil try to dispatch the gift item on the specified date of the sender.
8.In any circumstances, Foodyourdoorstep/E-SOL does not guarantee the exact date of delivery specified by the sender. The date & Time of delivery may vary according to the remoteness of the recipient.
9.If recipient is not at the given address, the gift item would be left with the neighbor along with an attached note. If neighbors refuse to accept, a message wlil be left on the door asking the recipient to call our local office. At this point the order is fully chargeable. Foodyourdoorstep reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient refuse the order for any personal reason.
10.Foodyourdoorstep is not responsible for any kind of mishandling of credit card information given to payment gateway, the authorized online retalier, for the orders placed. Please take care that your card is not used in an unauthorized manner. We shall not be responsible for your card being charged in this manner. However if your card has been used without authorization, you should advise us the moment you receive the E-mali confirmation of the order which was placed.
11.Foodyourdoorstep is not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to force majeure, curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war. Foodyourdoorstep reserves the right to deny its services to any sender, without any explanation.
12.Foodyourdoorstep shall try its best for prompt delivery; delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
13.In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, Foodyourdoorstep wlil not be responsible for a miss-delivery if the receiver of the gift at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or falis to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
14.The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind.
15.Delivery - E-SOL / Foodyourdoorstep supply gifts items within Kolkata and Surroundings area (up to 50 KM). E-SOL / Foodyourdoorstep assures the hand delivery of its products within Kolkata and Surroundings area (up to 50 KM) by our local staff within 48-72 working hours provided the order is complete and correct. Delivery time depending upon the remoteness of the recipient and avaliabliity of the products.
16.Cancellation and Refund- Gift orders once placed generally cannot be cancelled but any changes in the same must be notified by the customer/sender before 12 working hours from the time of delivery of the order. Foodyourdoorstep / E-SOL wlil cancel the order full or partly as per request of the customer. After Cancellation of Order customers wlil receive the amount in their bank or credit card account with 5-7 days as per bank norms.
17.All Picture of products has been displayed in the webpage is only for display purpose. Original items may be look difference from the display picture. But Foodyourdoorstep wlil try to deliver exactly the same type gifts displayed on its web pages and but Foodyourdoorstep ensure that the items wlil be supplied from the same sources indicated in the webpage. However, in certain unavoidable circumstances arising due to non avaliabliity of products from indicated sources, it reserves the right to change the source and deliver approximately simliar kind of product. If simliar kind of product is not avaliable, Foodyourdoorstep wlil inform the sender to change the order or wait untli it becomes avaliable.
18.Foodyourdoorstep reserves the right to change the perishable gift item to less perishable one if the former is expected to spoli before the day it reaches the recipient, without prior permission from the sender.
19.Foodyourdoorstep reserves the right to dispatch the gift items separately, not as a single package as per avaliabliity of the items.
20.Foodyourdoorstep wlil not charge more than the prices mentioned on its web pages but in certain unavoidable circumstances it reserves the right to change the prices anytime, without any prior notice and charge the sender accordingly.
21.Foodyourdoorstep does not, in any way, claim ownership or right over the Trademarks, Brands and Company Names used at this site, which are owned by their respective owners/companies. Even they (respective owners/companies) are not responsible for our any activities. References to these products and company Names are used solely for the purpose of identifying the products supplied at this site. we are not their authorised Dealer or agent. we just purchase their products from respective sources by cash and sold and supply the same in the destination as per customers order.
22.Whlie Foodyourdoorstep takes great effort to ensure prompt possible delivery of fresh products, Foodyourdoorstep /E-SOL is responsible for the degradation in the condition of perishable items (Flowers, Sweets, Cakes, etc.) due to late delivery in Kolkata, shall be limited to replacement of the item, with fresh delivery of the same item. To avali such a redelivery, the recipient wlil have to contact Foodyourdoorstep/ E-SOL along with the originally delivered item, within two hours he/she receives the gift.
23.Whlie Foodyourdoorstep ensures to deliver best quality products from well known sources, it is not responsible if the quality of the product does not match the expectation of the recipient.
24.In the unlikely event of a dispute relating delivery, the dispute shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Kolkata (India) courts.
25.The sender is bound to above terms and conditions once he/she places the order. The sender should read the above terms and place the order with Foodyourdoorstep/E-SOL only if they are acceptable by him/her.
26.E-SOL / Foodyourdoorstep reserve right to accept any order or cancel any order without any reason.
27.Before delivery our staff wlil contact the recipient over phone for the detalis location ,land mark and for the time of avaliabliity of recipient . If any recipient don't co-operate in this matter then E-SOL / Foodyourdoorstep reserve right to cancel the order.
